For coaching sessions: We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled session, you will be refunded the full session fee.
Refunds for coaching sessions are not available once the session has taken place.
Digital products: Once you have downloaded the product, refunds are not available.

Coaching is conducted via Zoho Meetings, a video conferencing platform.
Once you purchase a coaching session or package, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your session. Erin will work with you to find a mutually convenient time for your sessions.
Each coaching session is 60 minutes long.
Yes! If you’d like to purchase coaching sessions or resources as a gift, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.
To ensure that your coaching session is as productive and tailored to your needs as possible, we ask that you complete a brief intake form prior to your session.
This form helps Erin understand your unique goals, challenges, and areas where you’d like to focus during your coaching time.
We ask that you submit your form at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. This allows Erin sufficient time to prepare for your session.
We ask that you prioritize completing the intake form, as it is essential for the success of your coaching experience.
In the event that the form is not received or is incomplete 24 hours before your scheduled session, we may cancel the session. Once you’ve submitted the completed form, we’ll work with you to reschedule your session promptly.
You’ll need to fill out the intake form before your session.
Other than that, coming with an openness to feedback, a willingness to take action, and a commitment to your professional development will help you get the most from your session.
